Wrinkle management focuses on reducing fine lines, wrinkles, ageing concerns and facial asymmetry through various non-invasive aesthetic treatments and practices.

Wrinkle management involves using small needles to introduce neuromodulators to muscles. These methods aim to promote a more youthful appearance by relaxing the muscle treated and softening it. A consultation is required with a GP to assess suitability.

What you need to know:

• Results can take 7-14 days to show full effect.
• Effects vary by treatment type, typically lasting 3-4 months.
• Mild swelling, redness, bruising and headaches is common but usually subsides within a few days.
• The treated area may feel tender or sensitive. Avoid touching or massaging the area for at least 12 hours
• Most people can return to normal activities immediately, but some may prefer to take it easy for the first day.
• Adhere to any post-treatment instructions given by your provider, such as avoiding strenuous exercise or extreme temperatures for a short period.
• For sustained results, ongoing treatment is advised.
