Understanding Your Changing Health Needs

Women's Health Through Every Stage of Life

Women's health concerns can arise at different stages of adulthood. From your 30s onwards, you may notice changes in your skin, menstrual cycle, sleep, mood, weight or overall wellbeing.

Some changes may be associated with hormonal fluctuations, while others can relate to lifestyle factors, underlying medical conditions or natural ageing.

Perimenopause typically begins in the 40s, although it can occur earlier. Menopause usually occurs between the ages of 45 & 55, but health concerns don't necessarily begin or end during this transition.

At Luminosity Skin & skinMD, women's health consultations consider your symptoms in the context of your overall health. Dr Hadeer can assess potential contributing factors, discuss appropriate investigations & provide recommendations based on your individual needs.
